Athlé Shipping Policy
We get that you live an action-packed life, and aim to deliver your gear as fast as possible. To make that happen, we rely on FedEx as our primary shipping partner. While standard delivery from coast to coast may take up to an average of 5-7 business days, orders are usually delivered sooner than that.
All orders ship from our warehouse in New York. If you are at the other end of the country, or in Hawaii, please keep in mind that it may take us the full 7 business days to get your order to you. If you live in Canada, an additional shipping fee may apply.
We see every order as an item you needed yesterday. We pack your items as soon as your order is placed. However, delivery time is dependent on a few factors:
AvailabilityAll Athlé products have an availability tag that lets you know if the item is readily available or on backorder. If it is available, it will be packaged and sent out as soon as possible – usually shipping within 1-2 business days. Where an item’s handling process may take longer, we will let you know what to expect on the product availability page.
Business DaysAs much as we would like to guarantee that every order is sent out immediately, we don’t control every aspect of the shipping process. If we receive your order Saturday night, for example, we cannot ship it on Sunday because none of the shippers are open for business. That’s why shipping is based on 'business' days.
Method of DeliveryOur Free shipping method is either FedEx Ground (commercial addresses) or FedEx Home Delivery (residential addresses). FedEx Express Saver takes 3 business days; 2nd Day Air is two business days; and there are several options for Overnight delivery based on the time of day to be delivered.
Athlé Return Policy
If you are not happy with your purchase and it meets the guidelines below, you do not need to fill out a Return Authorization Form to exchange or return any item. Simply ship it back to us with the product unused and its original packaging within 30 days of receipt, and we’ll take care of the rest.
All items must be returned in saleable condition, meeting the guidelines listed below. Upon receipt of the returned item(s), a refund will be applied to the original form of payment. Please allow 10-14 business days for the full processing of your return.
If you would prefer a different product, size, color, or style, please ship the item back to us at the address provided below. Include a note letting us know what you would like in exchange, and we’ll make it happen.
- Item must be returned within 30 days from delivery date. If an item you're returning will not make it back to our service center within 30 days of the date of delivery, please contact us to determine if we can issue a full refund.
- Any item that has a manufacturer’s defect can be returned for a full refund.
- Any article of clothing or clothing accessory that has been worn, cleaned, or altered in any way will not be eligible for a refund.
- Any product designed for direct skin contact e.g. hairbands, hats, etc. are NOT eligible for return. Trust us, you want every store to honor that rule.
- All items must be in original condition. If item is damaged, missing parts, missing the UPC or serial number, or missing the manufacturer’s packaging, it will not be eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
